Is Via.Me free?

Yes. Via.Me is completely free.

How do I create a new profile?

You can create a new profile by registering a new account at www.via.me.

Is there a maximum amount of content that I can host on Via.Me?

No. Via.Me will host all of your content for free.

Can I customize my profile?

Yes. You can customize your profile in the Edit Profile section of your profile page.

What social profiles can I link to Via.Me?

You can link Via.Me to your Facebook and Twitter profiles, with more coming soon.

How can I download the Via.Me mobile app?

You can download the Via.Me mobile app at www.via.me/download

How do I link my multiple social profiles on the Via.Me mobile app?

You can link your social network profiles to Via.Me on your mobile phone when you upload photos, video, or audio recordings by clicking on your network of choice. Click on the cog icon for more advanced sharing settings.

What phones does the Via.Me app work with?

Via.Me works with iPhone and Android.

Is the Via.Me app free?

Yes.   The Via.Me app is free.

Via.Me isn’t working on my phone. What is wrong?

Please check to make sure your phone has service in the area where you’re attempting to use Via.Me. If your phone has service, please send us an email at support@via.me to help you troubleshoot further.

If I make a post on my phone, will it appear online as well?

Yes. Your Via.Me account online and on your mobile device will always be synced. Every post you make, regardless of where it came from, will always show up on every device you use to manage your profile.

How can I report cyber-bullying?

Please report bullying by sending a note to support@via.me

Will Via.Me ever sell my personal information?
