This 911 makes me mindful of the smoke, the smell of fire in the air that day and I'm prayerful for all the families who suffered because of 911 in Lower manhattan, also the innocent live's lost in Israel and Palestine, the lives lost in Iraq and afghanistan, the people who suffered in the Sudan, The Fanilies who are suffering in Syria, The sihks in Wisconsin and the kids who are killed in chicago detroit and all 5 boroughs of N.Y everyday. All because of wrong perceptions and powerful negative emotions. #MINDFUL
